It is part of the City & Guilds Group, and is the UK’s leading provider of leadership, coaching and management qualifications and training. ILM offer a range of flexible leadership and management qualifications internationally, across all industry sectors, designed to improve the performance and productivity of leaders and managers; and those aiming to progress into leadership and management roles. Qualifications are divided into units and assessed by way of assignments. Units can also be studied individually to develop specific soft skills in order to meet organisational, personal and professional development needs.
