NCCER: All NCCER trainees must complete the Core Curriculum and Tools for Success (or similar) courses prior to any craft level course.
Upon acceptance to the Core Curriculum course, a trainee must complete a NCCER Registration and Release form. Trainees who have completed the Core Curriculum course prior to registering with ICT, does not have to retake the course and does not have to complete the Registration and Release Form.
ASE: All ASE trainees will be required to complete an entrance evaluation on their existing automotive knowledge. Results will determine course level eligibility.
Upon ICT acceptance to an automotive course, trainees must take the Tools for Success course (or similar)course prior to any craft level course.
ICT is committed to offering courses with a regular schedule to ensure that trainees are able to progress in their education. Course schedules will be posted on the ICT website. Courses terms vary based on unit and are generally between 8-105 weeks. Classes will be offered in the day and evening based on demand, but course times will be established prior to the start of the term.
