All admissions to Inspire Cayman Training are at the discretion of the Director. Admissions will be based on a completed application, educational requirements, acceptance of policies and procedures of the Trainee Success Guide, a personal meeting to discuss admissions and goals, as well as fees paid in full.

• At a minimum, all applicants must be at least 15 years of age, have at a minimum the ability to read, write and communicate at a high school level. Age will be verified through passport, birth certificate or another government issued ID.
• An assessment for reading and math is required. Communication skills will be evaluated through the in-person interview.
• It is preferred that applicants have completed high school as documented through diploma, transcript, home school certificate or a general education diploma (GED)
• It is also possible for individuals not completing high school but obtaining passing scores on the entrance evaluations to be admitted. Relevant experience and/or references may be required for any students that are not high school graduates.
• For applicants sponsored by corporations, the minimum requirements are expected to be met. Any other requirements are at the discretion of the corporate sponsor.

A visit to the center and meeting with an admissions representative is part of the admissions process. Youare encouraged to contact the center directly to speak with an admissions representative.

NCCER transcripts and certifications are issued for successful completion of:

• All modules in the NCCER Core Curriculum.
• All modules in an NCCER curriculum level.
• A wallet card is issued at the time the trainee completes either the Core Curriculum course or a level (not including level One) within a curriculum title. Once the wallet card is earned, NCCER will issue updated transcripts and certificates for each subsequent level completed. ICT does not provide wallet cards after initially provided. If the card is lost or stolen, credential request must by submitted to ICT who will submit it to NCCER.
• Our automotive courses have been developed using the standards of the ASE.  Trainees who are successful with completing the course curriculum will take the final test issued by ASE to become ASE Entry-Level certified. The final test will be taken on an ICT issued laptop.
• Our dive courses will be using the PADI System of diver education. PADI Divers carry the most respected and sought-after scuba diving credentials in the world. PADI courses are certified as compliant with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for Recreational Diving Services by an independent auditor, the European Underwater Federation and the Austrian Standards Institute. The ISO standards relate to five levels of diver, two levels of instructor and a service provider or dive center. Each of these standards equate to a PADI certification or member level, which means that, in effect, divers or members holding one of these qualifications can also be said to have met the requirements of the relevant ISO standard – as though they had gained two credentials at once.

NCCER: All NCCER trainees must complete the Core Curriculum and Tools for Success (or similar) courses prior to any craft level course.

Upon acceptance to the Core Curriculum course, a trainee must complete a NCCER Registration and Release form. Trainees who have completed the Core Curriculum course prior to registering with ICT,  does not have to retake the course and does not have to complete the Registration and Release Form.

ASE: All ASE trainees will be required to complete an entrance evaluation on their existing automotive knowledge. Results will determine course level eligibility.

Upon ICT acceptance to an automotive course, trainees must take the Tools for Success course (or similar)course prior to any craft level course.

ICT is committed to offering courses with a regular schedule to ensure that trainees are able to progress in their education.  Course schedules will be posted on the ICT website.  Courses terms vary based on unit and are generally between 8-105 weeks.   Classes will be offered in the day and evening based on demand, but course times will be established prior to the start of the term.
