Having a thorough awareness of the difficulties students encounter after leaving high school; as she too has experienced her own path from a disadvantaged upbringing to academic success, in 2021, she decided to pursue a Masters Degree in higher education with emphasis on Student Affairs while also working in academic affairs at Merrimack College in Boston, MA. Anouse is also certified as a National Youth Leader from The Bahamas and has also obtained two prestigious human resources certifications (aPHRi, PHRi). She believes that education is a lifelong journey, and whether in a traditional classroom, school setting or the corporate world, training, learning, and development are essential for ongoing personal success.

While pursuing her Master’s degree in the U.S., she also participated in the Upward Bound Program, a preparatory initiative for students. It focuses on enhancing academic skills, fostering a mindset of ambition & dedication, and offering assistance in making informed educational and career decisions. Chantal Rivers

Administrative Assistant

I am a proud Caymanian with a passion for cooking and dancing. After completing my Associate’s degree in Business Administration in 2010, I initially pursued a career in corporate administration. However, after volunteering at the Afterschool Program run by my home church, John Gray Memorial, I made the difficult decision to leave the corporate path and dedicate myself full-time to the program. I felt called to serve in that space where I believed I could make a meaningful impact. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic led to the closure of the program, and after a few years of challenges, I am now where I feel I am truly meant to be.
